The hotel was delightful, so clean, nice modern decor and lovely to arrive into after being on safari for 4 days. The food in the restaurant was delicious and they organised picnic boxes for us when we had an early flight before breakfast.

The staff in this facility are exceptional. One took me out to buy a sim card. The other went out of her to take the time to decorate the room I rented for my newlywed brother. I really felt like I was among a family away from home. Thank you Sheraton Arusha I will be visiting soon.
